How to raise your self esteem and develop self confidence summary

The lesson by James W. Newman focuses on the importance of self-esteem and its impact on personal growth and success. The author emphasizes that self-esteem is a fundamental aspect of one's reality and plays a significant role in shaping one's behavior and attitudes. High self-esteem is considered a common trait among successful individuals, as it allows their potential to flow freely.

The lesson highlights that self-esteem develops early in life and is influenced by the messages and signals received from parents and other authority figures. Positive messages contribute to higher self-esteem, while negative messages can lower it. However, the author emphasizes that it is not only the external messages that matter but also how individuals interpret and internalize those messages. One's self-esteem is continuously shaped and revised through conscious thoughts and feelings about oneself.

Self-esteem is described as existing on a scale, ranging from low to high. Individuals with high self-esteem tend to have a positive sense of worth and value, while those with low self-esteem may feel worthless and insignificant. The lesson acknowledges that many people struggle with low self-esteem and its negative impact on their effectiveness and happiness.

The author suggests several techniques to improve self-esteem. One approach is to use constructive imagination by creating positive affirmations and visualizations of oneself as a worthy and valuable person. Reflecting on past successes and focusing on accomplishments rather than dwelling on errors and failures can also boost self-esteem. The lesson emphasizes the importance of self-acceptance and self-worth, encouraging individuals to take deliberate action steps towards a more positive self-image.

Additionally, the lesson addresses the relationship between self-esteem and self-confidence. While self-confidence is specific to certain skills or situations, self-esteem is a deeper feeling about one's overall value as a person. Developing a solid base of self-esteem can lead to increased confidence in handling various skills and circumstances.

The lesson concludes by suggesting that individuals reinforce their self-esteem by strengthening the self-esteem of the groups or organizations they belong to, such as family or workplace. By contributing to a positive group attitude, individuals can benefit personally and help unlock their own potential.

Overall, the lesson emphasizes the importance of self-esteem as a vital aspect of personal development and highlights various techniques to enhance it.

boycott china products

THE FACT ABOUT  BOYCOTTING CHINA PRODUCT

In recent times i have came across tags to ban chaina products in india but it is not at all possible at present in india if we want to ban chaina then we have to improve our selfs there is no real brand (i am mainly reffering modern gadgets as they are the most crucial ones we need in our life ) that makes better goods that doesnt involve china in their production the fact about made in india goods like mobiles laptops etc have only manufacturing plants in india and every other stuff like electronic are imported from china even apple also manufactures in china the truth about indian brands is they dont take risks they just bring china products and change the label and sell if you want to boycott china then give an alternative.

indians have the potential but very few uses their potential for india and some those who live india are afraid of taking risks the governments should be able to help the people with skills to reach out to their potential they may not have capital to invest but they do have ideas and skills

solution that i suggest is by bringing out an online platform for every one to share their ideas on various things and publish them to people the ideas which have highest likes can be selected and examined by the respective officials and put to use this way they may not get the credit but if they cant do let others do. by this way they can help our country to develop collectively

india mostly have to develop in mobile markets i request all indian companies to innovate and take sugestions and work collectively untill we put and end other compaines like samsung, apple, lenovo etc .,. why cant we produce such mobiles.
